Trump and his sycophant servants know no bounds and will ensure they are not fettered by mere laws, conventions or even a Constitution. However, Trump/MAGA lawyers know enough about Amendments (or they do now!) to circumvent or pervert the system. He/they will use shutdowns to their advantage to force people to accept their will. They will amend any part of the Constitution by means fair or foul to skew Congress forever in their favour and basically transform the USA into the world's largest dictatorship in all but name.
